Your rehab is failing because of instagram.

Social media is a biiiig reason why you're still experiencing pain, and keep getting re-injured.  

 

It's literally designed to keep you thinking that you're not doing enough.

Because there are millions of so-called “best exercises” out there, to bulletproof your knees, or free up your hips, or make your spine as bendy and strong at end ranges as possible. 


And the more and more videos pop up, the more and more that you're doing…while putting your faith into someone who hasn't even seen you or assessed you, or knows anything about your life. 

And I see you out there,  trying all those exercises anyways…and nothing is changing. The pain keeps coming back, and injuries keep happening, and flare-ups keep skyrocketing…despite all that you're doing. 

Of course that's going to feel like garbage…
 

I can promise you this, though.
 

It's not you. It's the people out there putting themselves on pedestals, making grandiose claims. Thinking they know everything about the human body. About your body. Without even having met you yet.
 

So next time you're scrolling, and you try out some of those exercises and biohacks and it fails to work the way you had hoped (or were promised…) and that pain is still kickin' around, just know, it's a social media problem. It's a society problem. 
And it's not a you problem.

 

You deserve way better than random tiktok and instagram rehab.
