Bench Press Warm-up

Flex and Press

This is a 9 minute dynamic yoga flow to prime your body for bench press - you'll open up and activate the muscles of your chest, spine, shoulder spine and shoulders, to optimize your ability to position and press that bar.

 
 

Squat Warm-Up

Flow Into Your Squat

Flows well with a sound frequency of 396 Hz or lower

This is a 9 minute dynamic yoga flow to prime your body for squatting - you'll open up your hips, spine and shoulders, and ensure you have the space and ability to crush your lifts.

Yoga blocks may be helpful to guide squat depth.

This is a 21 minute dynamic stretch for your spine (and rest of body!) that will open you into all directions by linking forward, backward and rotations with breath.

This 8 minute session will guide you through a floor-based deep stretch of all the major areas, to facilitate releasing tension and improving recovery, while brining awareness to future areas for deeper focus.

This 11 minute session is designed to guide you through a full body stretch and mobilization to open and release, and provide insight as to where you can focus the rest of your mobility/yoga practice.

Soul slow flow

This is a 43 minute slow flow that opens through the hips, spine, chest and heart space. Using props and support to guide you deeper into the stretches, you’ll create the space to sink deeper into your body (and heart), to reconnect.
Yoga blocks, a bolster or pillow, and a yoga strap or belt may be helpful.

Twisting Mandala

This 20 minute combo will open, release and twist through the body, while allowing you to take a different perspective on how your body moves as you reverse and change directions through the sequences allowing you to find harmony with balance, stability, and expression.
