What if YOU supported YOU?

Imagine this…

You’re with someone you love deeply, and they let you know that they’re struggling. That their body constantly aches, they’re running on 6 hours of crappy sleep a night, they have daily headaches and a short temper, it’s taking days to recover from every workout when they finally do get there, they’re stressed about work deadlines, they drink more coffee than water and are living off protein bars and microwavable meals, they’re nervous about the upcoming schedule commitments, and between family and work there isn’t even 15 minutes left for them to relax? Would you tell them to be tougher and suck it up because that’s just how it is? Or would you support them?

We all know that those things above amplify pain like crazy⚡️and that’s definitely no way to be living, so if you’re telling them to slow down, ask for help, make that therapy appointment, get 5-10 minute peace points and movement practices in throughout the day, take some deep breath or dance party breaks, and to prioritize sleep and nutrition…would it be crazy to think the same for yourself?
